In 2022 Carroll gifted the company to founding executive Audrey Cavenecia consistent with his commitment to amplify others and invest in great talent. Cavenecia brought on Brian Dobbins as CEO to firmly position Amplify Voices as a leader in entertainment quality education. Dobbins is a veteran talent manager, Executive-Producer in television (Executive-Producer of BlackishGrownishMixedish), and Executive-Producer of films (reboots White Men JumpCheaper by the Dozen, and You People starring Eddie Murphy, Louise Julia Dreyfuss, Jonah Hill). Brian is excited to bring his keen eye for impact stories to the educational industry.

Belong & Leadership (formerly Unlikely Leadership) wins AVA Awards for best podcast series.

AMPLIFY VOICES RELEASES NEW TITLES

The quality of their work, they expanded their publishers, adding titles Guerilla Muse with Resmaa Menakem, Possibilities over Problems with Sean Goode for Teachers, Parents, and Students, and Let's Talk White Guys with Tony Schwartz, Mike Robbins, and Jaime Winship.

PETE CARROLL'S CONVERSATIONS FROM THE HEART WINS BIG

Conversations from the Heart, hosted by Pete Carroll, and cohosted by Audrey Cavenecia featuring guests such as Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Cory Booker, Van Jones, Rachel Maddow, Glennon Doyle, and Abby Wambach to name a few. Next was Belonging & Leadership, hosted by Cavenecia. Their podcasts went on to win gold and platinum awards from Hermes Awards, AVA Awards, MarCom Awards, DigiDay Awards, Shorty, Webby, and more.

FORBES TALKS TO PETE CARROLL AND AUDREY CAVENECIA

Pete Carroll knows a little something about winning. The legendary coach is one of only three to lead teams to both college and NFL football championships, with an 11-year tenure at the Seattle Seahawks. But he’s also known for two major traits—leading with compassion, and for his social justice leadership both on and off the field. 

This week he is extending his reach even further with the launch of the “Amplify Voices: Conversations from the Heart” podcast as part of Amplify Voices, “his new media production and marketing company dedicated to providing a thriving platform for diverse and caring people with thoughtful perspectives” through various mediums such as podcasts, documentaries and public campaigns. His partner in this venture is Audrey Cavenecia, a media and brand-building veteran with particular expertise in storytelling.

COACH THE VOTE WINS

A multi-award winning campaign challenge directed at athletic coaches to get their teams signed up and get involved in the voting process. We also hired local black artists to paint Pete's signature Nike monarchs for him to wear during the season games. Afterward, we auctioned off the sneakers online, donating the money to a nonprofit for diverse artists. (watch video trailer)

Cavenecia is a talented storyteller and visionary systems thinker who has decades of experience in L&D, entertainment, and marketing in various industries, including biotech/biomed. She has worked alongside some of the most influential leaders in the world, including motivational speaker Tony Robbins, Oracle founder Larry Ellison, and now working with, Pete Carroll founder of Amplify Voices.
